We hope you are all well and hope­ful­ly look­ing for­ward to return­ing to train­ing soon. See below for guid­ance on obtain­ing refunds for the Spring Devel­op­ment Meet.

In April, the deci­sion was made to trans­fer all entries from the Spring Devel­op­ment Meet to the Sum­mer Devel­op­ment Meet, which we hoped would be able to take place. Unfor­tu­nate­ly, due to the ongo­ing Coro­n­avirus sit­u­a­tion, we are unsure when it will be safe to com­pete again. There­fore, we have had to can­cel the Sum­mer Devel­op­ment Meet as well.

Entries paid in the Deni­son Suite on a Mon­day evening (main­ly Coun­ty Squads swimmers)

We are now in a posi­tion to refund any entry fees that were paid direct­ly to the swim­ming club in the Deni­son Suite at John Charles. To obtain a refund, please send the fol­low­ing details to leedsentries@​gmail.​com:

  • Name of swimmer
  • Name of the account hold­er the refund will be paid to
  • Sort code
  • Account num­ber

Due to the large amount of emails, we hope to process your refund with­in 14 days.

Entries paid to Leeds City Coun­cil over the phone or at leisure cen­tre recep­tions (main­ly Stage 8 swimmers)

As the com­pe­ti­tion did not take place, any entry fees paid over the phone or at the leisure cen­tre recep­tions will not have been trans­ferred to the swim­ming club’s account. There­fore, any­one who paid over the phone or at a leisure cen­tre recep­tion must request a refund from the leisure cen­tre once they reopen.
