Thank you to those parents who have now managed to set up their online accounts.
We have had a couple of emails from parents who are struggling to get on, and so we have provided further instructions in this post.
Please click on the link at the top right of this page, and every page on the website, titled Login.
On this page, again click the “Login” button, then, as it is your first time logging in, click “Forgot password?”. Now, enter your email address and then set your password.
On the Login page, you can now use your email address and password to log in.
Once logged in, you should find that your swimmer(s) are automatically linked to your account.
On the homepage, please fill in the Covid survey.
Please add any medical information we may need to know about your child by clicking on “My Members”, your swimmer’s name and edit medical notes.
On the same page please scroll down and edit your photography preferences. This will allow team staff to know who we can take photos of at competitions, for our website, social media and notice board etc.
Parents should decide who will be the main holder of the account when they set up. There is the option to then add an additional parent to your account once you are set up using the instructions below.
Adding an additional parent to your account
By clicking on your profile settings on the right-hand side of the screen, which can be found just under your name, there is the option to sign up to receive any news or messages by email or text.
If you do have any problems, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

The City of Leeds Swimming Club is currently in the process of moving all competition entries, SE membership and club fees online. Due to Covid, we must go paper-free.
Each parent will be receiving an email with a login and password for their account. Please follow the instructions to setup your account. A link to the login page will be added to the website in the next few days.
Once your account is set up, you will be able to log in and check your child’s information. It would be helpful to add any medical details and emergency contacts to your child’s account. This system will then allow staff to contact you in the event of an emergency at a competition or away trip.
For future competitions, this platform will be used to submit and pay for entries. You will no longer need to get a signature from your coach, as they will be able to log in and approve your entries online.
Hopefully, this will make the process of entering competitions much easier for you. Entry forms will no longer need to be handed in to the Denison Suite on a Monday evening. Instead, you will be able to enter and make payment online at any time before the closing date. The system will also allow our Treasurer to issue refunds at the click of a button.
Additionally, your account will have a message system that you can sign up to. Should your coach need to contact you urgently, e.g. because of a session cancellation, this system will allow them to notify you quickly.
Parents should decide who will be the main holder of the account when they set it up. Once setup is complete, there is the option to then add an additional parent to the account by using the following instructions:
Adding an additional parent to your account
It may be a few more weeks before we are up and running, but it would be a great help if you could start by creating your account at your earliest convenience.
Best regards,
Leeds Entries Team

The City of Leeds Swimming Club are always looking for new ways to raise funds to support our swimmers. And to this end, the club has registered with Easy Fundraising.
Easyfundraising.org.uk helps charities, schools, sports clubs, community groups, and other good causes to raise money when their supporters shop on line. So far they have raised over £3 million for causes throughout the UK.
It works in a similar way to many other loyalty shopping sites, but instead of earning points when you shop, you raise a donation for City of Leeds Swimming Club instead. It’s as simple as that!
I am sure with Christmas fast approaching most of us will be doing our shopping on line, so please register with Easy Fundraising, it really is a very simple way to boost funds for the club.
This letter from the supporters’ committee explains how you can register and help your club.
If you have any questions please see a member of the supporters’ committee.
Happy Shopping

We hope you are all well and hopefully looking forward to returning to training soon. See below for guidance on obtaining refunds for the Spring Development Meet.
In April, the decision was made to transfer all entries from the Spring Development Meet to the Summer Development Meet, which we hoped would be able to take place. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation, we are unsure when it will be safe to compete again. Therefore, we have had to cancel the Summer Development Meet as well.
We are now in a position to refund any entry fees that were paid directly to the swimming club in the Denison Suite at John Charles. To obtain a refund, please send the following details to leedsentries@gmail.com:
Due to the large amount of emails, we hope to process your refund within 14 days.
As the competition did not take place, any entry fees paid over the phone or at the leisure centre receptions will not have been transferred to the swimming club’s account. Therefore, anyone who paid over the phone or at a leisure centre reception must request a refund from the leisure centre once they reopen.
